— Adult Bible Study

This year, Terry Burke and Karl Haakonsen are using John Buehrens' new book, Understanding the Bible as a guide to our Bible study class. Currently, we are in the third session. There will be one more session later in the church year to conclude this study. For those interested in participating, it is recommended that you obtain a copy of this book (click on banner below). Even if you don't plan to take the class, I highly recommend the book. Anyone who wishes to participate in this who is unable to buy the book may borrow one of two copies available at the church.

Understanding the Bible

Newcomers are welcome. If you are new, please read chapters 1 through 4 and the last chapter, titled "Revelations: Women, Gnostics and the Early Church" in Understanding the Bible. For existing participants wishing to continue, please read the last chapter. Anyone interested in participating or learning more about this can email Karl Haakonsen.
