This committee was established to strengthen the quality of ministry within the Congregation. We meet regularly with Terry to discuss his ministry, and every three years we evaluate an aspect of ministry in the Church as a whole. We urge you to speak to Terry or to any one of us about both your enthusiasms and your concerns with regard to ministry in this church.

One of our roles is to clarify Terry's duties and responsibilities. His Letter of Call clearly states that Terry should have two days off each week. These days will be Monday and Saturday. On other days, Terry is generally available through the Church office phone. We ask that you do not call his home after 9 pm unless it is an emergency. On Mondays and Saturdays, the Minister is available only for emergencies. If you have a pressing matter on one of these days, please call Karl Haakonsen for Church or personnel issues and Rick Yoder (617-343-1846) for building issues.
