The UU Church in Jamaica Plain is located at 6 Eliot Street, in the heart of Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood. Our historic stone Gothic revival building is across from the Soldiers’ Monument at the corner of Centre Street and South Street.
The congregation’s office is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30-7:30pm, and Wednesdays 5-8pm; also occasionally on either Monday or Friday from 3:30-7:30pm. For other times please email Scarlett, the Office and Facilities Administrator, at .
During the week, we use the entrance on Eliot Street, on the side of the building. This entrance has a wheelchair-accessible ramp from the curb. When events are held in the Sanctuary (for worship, weddings, memorials, and more), we also open the Main Entrance, right under the big clock tower and facing the Monument.
Street parking is generally available near the Church. No resident sticker is required, but please obey all posted restrictions. A municipal (City of Boston) parking lot is one block away, behind the buildings on the 700 block of Centre Street (odd-numbered side), and accessible from Burroughs Street or Thomas Street.
